We rely on information provided by charging networks and charging operators to produce a final summary of your charging session along with any idle fees associated with the session. Sometimes, charging stations do not deliver a final summary of the charging session until after the charging session is complete and drivers have disconnected from the station. We provide you with an interim receipt based on the latest information we have received from the charging station, and a final receipt once we have the final charging summary from the station.
