My charging session ended early, what do I do?

If your charging session prematurely stops, please try the following steps:

  1. Unplug from the charging station, following any steps required by your vehicle

  2. Plug back in to the charging station or a different station

  3. Start another session from the Presto app

Please note: Charging session may also end prematurely due to charger-specific time limits, or if your vehicle's charge limit has been reached.
