If your charging session prematurely stops, please try the following steps:
Unplug from the charging station, following any steps required by your vehicle
Plug back in to the charging station or a different station
Select the station you are plugged into in the Presto app and swipe to start charge
Please note: Charging session may also end prematurely due to charger-specific time limits, or if your vehicle's charge limit has been reached.
