Help, I’m unable to charge my EV

1. Check the plug
Ensure the plug is fully inserted and locked. Most vehicles will display the connection status on the screen so make sure your car says “plugged in” or “ready to charge.”

2. Check the charging station
Look at the information on the charging station screen to see if there are any error messages.

3. Check the connector in Presto
Double check you have selected the right connector ID in the Presto app, which will need to match the connector ID on the station. Please note, naming conventions differ by charging network, and may feature a name such as Ivan, Maya, or a number such as Charger 01:202102-01.
