How do I monitor my session progress?

You can monitor the progress of your charging session on Presto by tapping the timer at the top of the main page. If you have an app for your vehicle you may also see the progress there. We recommend giving Presto permission to send you notifications about the progress of your charging session as well.

To ensure that other EV drivers are not inconvenienced, please move your car once your session has stopped. Please be aware that leaving your car plugged in when not charging may result in idle fees from the charging networks. Checking the to see the energy dispensed number has stopped climbing is a good indicator your car has stopped charging.

At times you may need to close and reopen Presto to refresh session data, and bring up the charging progress screen.

Please note that the session monitor is an estimate and your final cost is based on data received from the charging network, at the end of your session. The estimate may not include all applicable fees and taxes.
