How do I monitor my session progress?

You can monitor the progress of your charging session on Presto by tapping the timer at the top of the main page. If you have an app for your vehicle you may also see the progress there. We recommend giving Presto permission to send you notifications about the progress of your charging session as well.

To ensure that other EV drivers are not inconvenienced, please move your car once your session has stopped or reached 80%. Please be aware that leaving your car plugged in when not charging may result in idle fees from the charging networks.

At times you may need to close and reopen Presto to refresh session data, and bring up the charging progress screen.
